Demo Day & Outcomes
Present your work to hiring managers and investors at Demo Day. We select top-tier founders (from 30+ applicants) who are either building something incredible or actively looking to hire.
50% of teams make at least one hire—this isn’t just learning, it’s a direct line to your next role. Check out cohrot 18 here, or some of the photos from cohrot 19 last weekend.

Who can apply, and who do we accept?
We’re looking for ambitious early-career designers—students aiming for big tech, creative technologists, builders, career switchers, and product thinkers eager to break into tech or join top startups.
No experience? No problem. We value commitment and drive above all.
We know how frustrating it is to get ghosted—so we promise to personally interview every applicant who submits a deposit. We spend a full month reviewing 100+ applications to select just 20 students.
Give it a shot. Show us your resume—we’re not choosing based on who you are today, but who you can become tomorrow.

Outcomes
- A top start up on your resume as work experience -
- Dozens land roles at that startup, or get hired from other agencies, startup's and tech companies from connections made on retreat/demoday.
- One - Two members currently in university per cohort get big tech internships or new grad roles like Google/Meta, every cohort.
- Top alumni become future alumni coaches.
Tuition & Scholarships
Tuition ranges from $4,888–$6,888, with split payments available. Early birds and referrals get the lowest rate.

Why not free?
We believe in mutual selection—you’re choosing us, and we’re choosing you. While sponsors help cover costs like Demo Day and retreats, we pay our coaches some of the highest rates in the industry to ensure quality and commitment. We’ve offered full scholarships in the past, but found that even strong interview performers under full grants often showed the lowest engagement, likely due to lower personal investment.
We don’t take money from founders, and we offer full transparency: you can sit in, observe, and speak directly with past or current students—no sales spin, just real experiences.
A fully refundable deposit is required to book an interview due to high demand.
We also offer Excellence Grants to top performers who aren’t hired by founders.
Spots fill quickly—if you’re accepted but this cohort is full, you can reserve a spot for the next one.
How to Apply
- Submit your application from the portal
